Terms and Conditions for Studio Sessions at Pavlina Aenska Photography

In accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 on data protection, any client wishing to book a session at Pavlina Aenska Photography studio must confirm their acceptance of the studio’s general terms and conditions.

This can be done via a message on the page or by signing a declaration. Without consent, the session cannot be scheduled.

GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS:

  1. Every client over the age of 18 agrees to be photographed, and for their images to be processed and stored for an unlimited period. For children under 18, parental consent is required.
  2. All photographs taken by me, Pavlina Aenska, and the studio’s second photographer, Pavlina Govedarova, are protected by copyright. As the owner of the images, Studio PavlinaAenska reserves the right to use them on social media, in exhibitions, and in competitions for promotional and non-commercial purposes, unless otherwise agreed.

All fees paid before, during, and after the photoshoot include only the right for personal use of the images — such as sharing with family and friends — and exclude any commercial use.

  1. If you wish to grant usage rights to third parties or use the images for commercial purposes, please contact me to agree on terms and additional fees.
  2. The use of selected images for my portfolio is included in the pricing of the photoshoots.
    If you do not wish your images to be published, please inform me prior to the session.
  3. The studio and photographer operate on a pre-scheduled basis.

  4. In case of delay by the client without prior notice, the photographer reserves the right to cancel the photoshoot.
  5. For children’s photoshoots, the duration may vary between 20 and 60 minutes depending on the child’s mood.
  6. Within 3 (three) days after the photoshoot, you will receive a link and password to access a gallery with all images for selection (applies to photoshoots only).
  7. Client selection is a process offered only for photoshoots.
    After you select your images (for photoshoots), the delivery time for the final edited photos ranges between 10 and 30 working days, depending on the studio’s workload.

For weddings and events, I follow a different workflow, where the final selection is entirely my responsibility in order to ensure a consistent and complete visual story.

  1. If, for personal reasons, you delay selecting your images from the gallery, the original terms regarding the number of images included in your package remain valid. However, the price for additional images will be based on the rates applicable at the time of your final selection.
  2. Unedited or RAW images are not provided. Any additional requested image is subject to editing and is charged at €10   per image.
  3. The photographer performs the final image selection. Editing is done in the order the sessions were photographed. If you require priority editing, this service is available at an additional fee of 80% of the package price.
  4. Taking photos with mobile devices in the studio is strictly prohibited.
  5. The sets are created with great care and attention, especially for the little ones — your children. Please treat them with care.
  6. For assignments requiring travel beyond 30 km outside the city of Varna, transportation costs are charged at €0.50 per kilometer (round trip).
  7. Studio Pavlina Aenska is not responsible if the client has not read these General Terms and Conditions.
